Ingredients
1 medium butternut squash, peeled, seeded, and cubed
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
4 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
6 slices of bacon
1/4 tsp of cinnamon
1/4 tsp of nutmeg
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
