I developed this recipe after my doctor told me that I had hypothyroidism. I was looking for a way to get more nutrients into my diet that would support my thyroid health, and I came up with these meatballs. I've been eating them for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels and overall health. I'm not a doctor, so I can't say for sure that these meatballs will help everyone with hypothyroidism. But if you're looking for a healthy and delicious way to support your thyroid health, I encourage you to give them a try.
