Thyroid-Supporting Salmon and Kale Salad
This thyroid-supporting salmon and kale salad is a quick and easy way to get a healthy meal on the table. It's packed with nutrients that are essential for thyroid health, including iodine, selenium, and zinc. The salmon is a good source of protein and omega-3 fatty acids, which are important for overall health. The kale is a good source of fiber, vitamins, and minerals. The red onion and avocado add flavor and texture to the salad. The olive oil and lemon juice help to dress the salad and make it more flavorful.
I developed this recipe after I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I was looking for a way to get more nutrients into my diet that would support my thyroid health. I experimented with different ingredients and combinations until I came up with this salad. It's now one of my favorite meals, and I eat it several times a week. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
