Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup tapioca flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, tapioca flour, and salt.
  4. Add the olive oil and water and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.
  6. Cut the dough into crackers using a knife or a pizza cutter.
  7. Transfer the crackers to the prepared baking sheet.
  8. In a small bowl, combine the chia seeds, flax seeds, and sunflower seeds.
