Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup tapioca flour
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, tapioca flour, and salt.
Add the olive oil and water and mix until a dough forms.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.
Cut the dough into crackers using a knife or a pizza cutter.
Transfer the crackers to the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine the chia seeds, flax seeds, and sunflower seeds.
