A vibrant green smoothie is the perfect way to kick off your day or refuel after a workout. This recipe packs a punch of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, thanks to the combination of avocado, spinach, mango, chia seeds, and hemp seeds. The full-fat coconut milk adds a touch of creaminess and a subtle tropical flavor.
The Green Goddess smoothie was born out of a desire to create a healthy and delicious smoothie that would be easy to make and packed with nutrients. I started with a base of avocado and spinach, then added frozen mango for sweetness and a touch of tropical flavor. To boost the nutritional content, I added chia seeds, hemp seeds, and spirulina powder. The full-fat coconut milk adds a touch of creaminess and a subtle tropical flavor.
