Homemade Paleo Granola
Our homemade paleo granola is a delicious and healthy way to start your day. It's made with wholesome ingredients like rolled oats, nuts, seeds, and dried fruit, and it's sweetened with honey and coconut oil. This granola is also gluten-free and dairy-free, so it's perfect for people with food allergies or sensitivities.
I first developed this recipe a few years ago when I was looking for a healthier alternative to store-bought granola. I wanted something that was made with real, unprocessed ingredients and that didn't have any added sugar. After a lot of experimenting, I finally came up with this recipe, and I've been making it ever since.I love this granola because it's so versatile. You can eat it with milk or yogurt, or you can sprinkle it on top of fruit or oatmeal. It's also a great snack to have on hand when you're feeling hungry.I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do!.

Why It Works
  • The combination of oats, nuts, and seeds gives this granola a satisfying crunch.
  • The honey and coconut oil add sweetness and richness, without being overpowering.
  • The vanilla extract and cinnamon add a warm, inviting flavor.
  • Baking the granola at a low temperature for a long period of time ensures that it's evenly browned and crispy.
