Sesame crusted tofu is a quick and easy way to add protein and flavor to your salad. The tofu is first pressed to remove excess water, then marinated in soy sauce for 15-20 minutes. It is then coated in sesame seeds and baked in a preheated oven at 375°F for 25 minutes. The tofu is then added to a salad of mixed greens, bell pepper, cucumber, red onion, and almonds. The salad is then drizzled with a sesame ginger dressing and served immediately.
The recipe for sesame crusted tofu salad was inspired by a dish that I had at a local restaurant. The salad was so delicious, and I knew that I had to recreate it at home. I experimented with different ingredients and techniques until I came up with a recipe that I was happy with. I hope you enjoy it too!
