Apple and Elderberry Cobbler
An apple and elderberry cobbler that is both delicious and nutritious. The almond flour and coconut flour give the cobbler a slightly nutty flavor, while the honey and coconut oil add a touch of sweetness. The apples and elderberries provide a tart and juicy contrast to the sweet crumble topping. This cobbler is perfect for a fall dessert or a special occasion.
This recipe was inspired by a trip to the farmers market in the fall. I had always loved apples and elderberries, but I had never thought to combine them in a cobbler. When I saw the fresh apples and elderberries at the market, I knew that I had to try it. I experimented with different proportions of almond flour and coconut flour, and I finally settled on the perfect combination. The result is a cobbler that is both delicious and nutritious.
