Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp grated ginger

  • Green onions, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together coconut aminos, grated ginger, minced garlic, honey, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the skate wings in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, making sure they are evenly coated.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, basting the wings with the marinade halfway through.
  5. Once the skate wings are cooked through and flaky, remove from the oven.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
