I've always been a fan of crackers, but I've never been a fan of the way they're usually made. Most crackers are made with white flour, which is not very nutritious. And even the whole-wheat crackers that are available at most grocery stores are often bland and tasteless. I decided to create my own recipe for crackers that would be both healthy and flavorful. I experimented with different combinations of flours and spices, and finally came up with this recipe for savory thyme and olive oil crackers. These crackers are made with a blend of almond flour, coconut flour, and tapioca flour. Almond flour is a good source of protein and fiber, and coconut flour is a good source of healthy fats. Tapioca flour is a starch that helps to bind the crackers together. I also added fresh thyme and olive oil to the crackers for flavor. Thyme is a herb that has a slightly minty, earthy flavor. Olive oil is a healthy fat that adds a rich, fruity flavor to the crackers. The crackers are baked until they are golden brown and crispy. They can be enjoyed on their own or with your favorite dips and spreads.
