  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.5 g) vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.5 g) ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon (0.6 g) ground nutmeg
  • 4 tablespoons (60 g) raw cashew nuts
  • 2 capsules (1 g) of your favorite probiotic supplement
Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine the coconut milk, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cashew nuts.
