Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Cover the jar with a cheesecloth and secure it with a rubber band.
  3. Place the jar in a warm, dark place.
  4. Stir the contents of the jar daily.
  5. After 2 weeks, strain the vinegar into a clean glass jar.
  6. Store the vinegar in a cool, dark place.
  7. Use the vinegar as desired.
