Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Optional: paprika, for garnish
Instructions
  1. In a food processor or high-powered blender, combine the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, black pepper, and salt.
