Ingredients
3 pounds fruit (such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, or peaches)
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200 degrees F (93 degrees C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the fruit, honey, lemon juice, cinnamon (if using), and salt.
Mash the fruit with a fork or potato masher until it is mostly smooth, but still has some small chunks.
Spread the fruit mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 4-6 hours, or until the fruit leather is no longer sticky to the touch.
