Ingredients
  • 3 pounds fruit (such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, or peaches)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees F (93 degrees C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the fruit, honey, lemon juice, cinnamon (if using), and salt.
  4. Mash the fruit with a fork or potato masher until it is mostly smooth, but still has some small chunks.
  5. Spread the fruit mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 4-6 hours, or until the fruit leather is no longer sticky to the touch.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  8. Cut into strips and enjoy!
