Ingredients
  • 1 pound fresh crab meat
  • 1/2 cup Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup aioli
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, Old Bay seasoning, mayonnaise, bread crumbs, and egg.
  2. Mix well until the ingredients are combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 8 crab cakes.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook the crab cakes for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve the crab cakes with aioli.
