Ingredients
  • 1 pound fish fillets, such as cod or halibut

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
  1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion, carrots, and celery and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
  4. Add the tomatoes, fish, shrimp, and mussels and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
  6. Serve hot with crusty bread.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
