Ingredients
2 slices sourdough bread
1 tablespoon butter, divided
2 slices sharp cheddar cheese
1 tomato, sliced
Instructions
Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Spread 1/2 of the butter on one side of each slice of bread.
Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, in the skillet.
Top with the cheese and tomato.
Place the remaining slice of bread on top, buttered side up.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
