Yogurt-Marinated Salmon with Herbs and Spices
This yogurt-marinated salmon is a simple but flavorful dish that's perfect for a quick and easy weeknight meal. The yogurt marinade helps to keep the salmon moist and tender, while the herbs and spices add a delicious flavor. Serve this salmon with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables, rice, or pasta.
I first came across this recipe in a cookbook a few years ago, and I've been making it ever since. It's one of my go-to recipes for salmon because it's so easy to make and always turns out delicious. I've experimented with different herbs and spices over the years, and I've found that the combination of oregano, basil, and thyme is my favorite. These herbs give the salmon a bright, fresh flavor that's perfect for spring and summer. Of course, you can adjust the herbs and spices to your own taste. If you don't have fresh herbs on hand, you can use dried herbs instead. Just be sure to use about 1/3 of the amount of dried herbs as you would fresh herbs.
