Floral and Earthy Rose, Lavender, and Thyme Blend
This floral and earthy spice blend is perfect for adding a touch of elegance to your favorite dishes. The rosehips provide a delicate sweetness, while the lavender and thyme add floral and herbal notes. The cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves add a warm and inviting spice, while the sea salt and black pepper add a touch of savory depth. Use this blend to add flavor to meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, or desserts.
This spice blend was inspired by a trip to Provence, where I was enchanted by the beautiful fields of lavender and thyme. I wanted to create a blend that would capture the essence of that region, and this is what I came up with. I've used it to flavor everything from roasted chicken to grilled vegetables to chocolate mousse, and it's always been a hit.
