Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey, optional
  • Lemon slices, for garnish, optional
Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the spearmint, basil, chamomile, and water.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and let steep for 5 minutes.
  4. Strain the tea into a pitcher and sweeten with honey, if desired.
  5. Serve over ice with lemon slices, if desired.
