Sweet and Savory Fenugreek, Mustard, and Onion Blend
This sweet and savory mustard blend is made with fenugreek, mustard, and onion. It's perfect for marinating meats, as a dipping sauce, or as a spread. The fenugreek adds a nutty flavor, the mustard adds a bit of heat, and the onion adds sweetness. The honey and apple cider vinegar add a touch of sweetness and acidity, and the olive oil helps to emulsify the mixture.
I first came across this recipe in a cookbook from the 1970s. It was a simple recipe, with just a few ingredients, but it had a lot of flavor. I've been making it ever since, and it's always a hit with my friends and family.
