This refreshing tea is a great way to cool down on a hot day. It's also a good source of antioxidants and has a calming effect.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 lemon, sliced (optional)
Instructions
  1. Bring the water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
  2. Add the mint leaves and remove from heat.
  3. Cover and let steep for 5 minutes.
  4. Strain the tea into a serving pitcher.
  5. Add honey and lemon, if desired.
  6. Serve over ice.
