Cooling Mint Tea
This refreshing tea is a great way to cool down on a hot day. It's also a good source of antioxidants and has a calming effect.

Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 4 cups water
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 lemon, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Bring the water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
- Add the mint leaves and remove from heat.
- Cover and let steep for 5 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a serving pitcher.
- Add honey and lemon, if desired.
- Serve over ice.
