Ingredients
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 green tea bag
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/8 tsp cardamom powder
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp coconut milk or almond milk (optional)
Instructions
  1. Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan.
  2. Add the green tea bag and let it steep for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Remove the tea bag and add the ginger powder, cinnamon powder, cardamom powder, and black pepper.
  4. Stir to combine and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove from the heat and add honey or maple syrup and coconut milk or almond milk, if desired.
  6. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
  7. Tip: For a stronger tea, use 2 tea bags.
  8. Tip: You can also add a slice of lemon or orange to your tea for extra flavor.
