Nutrient-Packed Avocado Smoothie

I first developed this recipe a few years ago when I was looking for a healthy and satisfying breakfast that was also quick and easy to make. Ingredients
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup frozen berries (such as blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup plain coconut yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, to taste
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add more almond milk or water as needed to reach desired consistency.
  3. Taste and add honey or maple syrup if desired.
  4. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
