Ingredients
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic, parsley, rosemary, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat evenly.
  2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
