Ingredients
1 pound ground lamb
1/2 onion, chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the lamb, onion, cilantro, mint, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper.
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Form the mixture into 4-6 patties.
