Ingredients
  • 1 pound halloumi cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Brush the halloumi cubes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the halloumi for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and slightly charred.
  4. Transfer the grilled halloumi to a plate and drizzle with honey and thyme.
