  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
  2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, or until flavors are well blended.
  4. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a clean saucepan.
  5. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy.
