Hearty Lamb Bone Broth

Ingredients
- 2-3 pounds lamb bones
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 onion, quartered
- 2-3 carrots, chopped
- 2-3 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns
Instructions
- Place the lamb bones in a large pot or slow cooker and cover them with water.
- Add the apple cider vinegar and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
- Add the onion, carrots, celery, thyme, oregano, and peppercorns to the pot.
- Simmer for another 2-3 hours, or until the broth is rich and flavorful.
- Strain the broth into a clean pot and discard the bones and vegetables.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
