Ingredients
  • 2-3 pounds lamb bones
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 2-3 carrots, chopped
  • 2-3 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns
Instructions
  1. Place the lamb bones in a large pot or slow cooker and cover them with water.
  2. Add the apple cider vinegar and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
  4. Add the onion, carrots, celery, thyme, oregano, and peppercorns to the pot.
  5. Simmer for another 2-3 hours, or until the broth is rich and flavorful.
  6. Strain the broth into a clean pot and discard the bones and vegetables.
  7. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
