Restorative Bone Broth Elixir
Our Restorative Bone Broth Elixir is a nutrient-packed elixir that promotes a myriad of health benefits. It starts with grass-fed beef bones, roasted until deeply browned to extract maximum flavor and nutrients. Then, the bones are simmered with apple cider vinegar, onion, carrots, celery, and sea salt in filtered water for at least 12 hours. This low-and-slow cooking process allows the collagen in the bones to break down into gelatin, releasing amino acids that support joint health, skin elasticity, and gut integrity. The resulting broth is a deeply flavorful, nutrient-rich liquid gold that will nourish your body from the inside out.
In the annals of culinary wisdom, bone broth holds a hallowed place, revered for its restorative powers and healing properties. Its origins trace back to ancient traditions, when cultures around the world relied on this nourishing elixir as a medicinal tonic and a staple food source. Why It Works
  • **Grass-fed beef bones:** The foundation of this broth lies in grass-fed beef bones, which provide a rich source of collagen, minerals, and amino acids.
  • **Roasting the bones:** Roasting the bones prior to simmering intensifies their flavor and releases nutrients that would otherwise remain trapped within.
  • **Apple cider vinegar:** The addition of apple cider vinegar helps to extract even more nutrients from the bones, particularly calcium and magnesium.
  • **Onion, carrots, and celery:** These aromatic vegetables add sweetness, depth of flavor, and essential vitamins and minerals to the broth.
  • **Long, slow simmering:** Simmering the broth for at least 12 hours allows the collagen to fully break down into gelatin, the key component responsible for its restorative benefits.
  • **Fine-mesh straining:** Straining the broth through a fine-mesh sieve ensures a silky-smooth texture, free of any impurities or bone fragments.
