Instructions
  1. Chop the tomatoes, onion, garlic, and jalapeño pepper into small pieces.

  3. Add the cilantro, lime juice, sea salt, and water to the jar.

  6. Let the salsa ferment at room temperature for 5-7 days, stirring occasionally.
  7. Once fermented, store the salsa in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
