Gluten-Free Gut Getter
This gluten-free gut getter is for those nights when you need something hearty, but don't want to feel weighed down. It's a comforting and satisfying stew made with ground beef, vegetables, and bone broth. The oregano adds a subtle flavor that really brings the dish together.
I first developed this recipe when I was trying to find a way to use up some leftover ground beef. I had some vegetables in the fridge that needed to be used up, so I threw them all together in a pot and let it simmer. The result was a delicious and hearty stew that was perfect for a cold winter night. I've since made this recipe many times, and it's always a hit with my family and friends. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
