Ingredients
  • 1 gallon chicken or beef bone broth
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots

  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
  3. Strain broth into a clean container and discard vegetables.
