MCAS is a chronic condition that can cause a variety of symptoms, including fatigue, headaches, abdominal pain, and skin rashes. It's thought to be caused by an overactivation of the mast cells, which are cells that release histamine and other inflammatory mediators. There is no cure for MCAS, but there are a number of treatments that can help to reduce symptoms. One of the most effective treatments is a low-histamine diet, which eliminates foods that are known to trigger mast cell activation. MCAS Mender is a great addition to a low-histamine diet, as it is made with all low-histamine ingredients and contains a number of herbs and spices that have anti-inflammatory and antihistamine properties.
