Mucosal Membrane Mending Brew
This soothing brew is designed to help mend and protect the delicate membranes lining your digestive tract. It's a blend of bone broth, aloe vera juice, and a variety of herbs that have been traditionally used for digestive health.
The idea for this recipe came to me after a particularly rough bout of food poisoning. I was desperate for something that would help soothe my inflamed and irritated digestive tract. I started researching traditional remedies for digestive health and came across a number of herbs that have been used for centuries to treat a variety of digestive issues. I decided to combine these herbs into a single brew, and the results were amazing. Within a few days, my digestive symptoms had subsided and I was feeling much better.
