Ingredients
  • 1 whole duck carcass
  • 2 quarts water
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup dandelion greens
  • 1/2 cup nettle leaves
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
  1. Place the duck carcass in a large pot or slow cooker.
  2. Add the water, carrots, celery, onion, dandelion greens, nettle leaves, and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 6-8 hours.
  4. Strain the broth into a clean container and discard the solids.
  5. Let the broth cool before storing it in the refrigerator or freezer.
