Ingredients
1 whole duck carcass
2 quarts water
1 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup dandelion greens
1/2 cup nettle leaves
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Place the duck carcass in a large pot or slow cooker.
Add the water, carrots, celery, onion, dandelion greens, nettle leaves, and apple cider vinegar.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 6-8 hours.
Strain the broth into a clean container and discard the solids.
