Why It Works
  • Boswellia is a powerful anti-inflammatory herb that has been used for centuries to treat pain and inflammation. It contains compounds that have been shown to inhibit the production of inflammatory cytokines.
  • Turmeric is another powerful anti-inflammatory herb. It contains curcumin, a compound that has been shown to reduce inflammation and pain.
  • Ginger and black pepper help to increase the absorption of boswellia and turmeric. Ginger contains compounds that help to break down boswellia and turmeric, making them more easily absorbed by the body. Black pepper contains piperine, a compound that has been shown to increase the absorption of curcumin.
