Coconut Flour Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mousse into individual serving cups or ramekins.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
