Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, almond flour, cilantro, garlic, onion, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Drizzle olive oil over the meatballs and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
