Ingredients
  • 1 lb grass-fed steak
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
  1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the steak to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
  4. Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  5. While the steak is resting, cook the asparagus.
  6. Add the asparagus, butter, water, and lemon juice to the skillet.
  7. Cook the asparagus for 5-7 minutes, or until tender.
  8. Garnish the steak and asparagus with fresh parsley.
