Ingredients
  • 2 lbs beef bones
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, peeled and sliced
  • 8 cups beef broth
  • 1/2 cup fish sauce
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
