I've been struggling with asthma for as long as I can remember. It's always been a pain, but it's gotten worse in recent years. I've tried all sorts of different medications and treatments, but nothing has really worked. A few months ago, I was talking to a friend who told me about a bone broth recipe that she had found online. She said that it had helped her with her asthma, so I decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did! This bone broth has made a huge difference in my life. I've been taking it for a few months now, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my breathing. I'm not wheezing as much, and I'm able to exercise without getting short of breath. I'm so grateful for this recipe. It's changed my life.
