Ingredients
2 pounds grass-fed beef marrow bones
1 large zucchini, sliced
1/2 cup chopped fresh mint
2 carrots, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Place the bones in a large stockpot or slow cooker.
Add the zucchini, mint, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, and apple cider vinegar.
Cover with water and bring to a boil.
