Ingredients
  • 2 pounds grass-fed beef marrow bones
  • 1 large zucchini, sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
  1. Place the bones in a large stockpot or slow cooker.
  2. Add the zucchini, mint, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Cover with water and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 12-24 hours, or until the broth is rich and flavorful.
  5. Strain the broth into a clean container and discard the solids.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
