Energy-Enhancing Bone Broth with Kale and Black Pepper
This bone broth is a seriously easy way to get your daily dose of vegetables and protein. It's made with just a few simple ingredients, and it's packed with flavor. The kale adds a nice dose of vitamins and minerals, and the black peppercorns add a bit of heat. This broth is perfect for a quick and healthy lunch or dinner, or it can be used as a base for other recipes.
I've always been a fan of bone broth. It's so flavorful and nutritious, and it's a great way to use up leftover bones. I used to make it the traditional way, by simmering bones in water for hours on the stovetop. But one day, I was in a hurry and I decided to try making it in the Instant Pot. It turned out great! The broth was just as flavorful as the traditional method, but it took a fraction of the time. I've been making it this way ever since.

Why It Works
  • The combination of beef or chicken bone broth and kale provides a rich source of nutrients, including protein, calcium, and iron.
  • The black peppercorns add a bit of heat to the broth, which helps to balance out the richness of the broth.
  • The olive oil helps to sauté the onion and garlic, which adds flavor to the broth.
  • The thyme adds a subtle herbaceous flavor to the broth.
