Ingredients
4 pounds beef marrow bones
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 large onion, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried oregano
8 cups water
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place the marrow bones in a roasting pan and roast for 30 minutes, or until they are browned.
