This recipe was inspired by a trip to Thailand, where I had the pleasure of eating some of the most delicious stir-fries I've ever tasted. The vegetables were always fresh and crisp, and the sauces were flavorful and complex. I decided to recreate my favorite stir-fry at home, and this is the recipe that I came up with. It's not quite as good as the ones I had in Thailand, but it's still pretty darn good.
