Nausea-Nullifying Lemon-Ginger Detox Water
This simple and refreshing detox water is perfect for calming nausea and promoting digestive balance.

Ingredients
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1/2 inch piece of ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- 8 cups of filtered water
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher or glass jar.
- Stir well and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- Strain into glasses and enjoy!
