I've always been a fan of trail mix, but I've never been a fan of the store-bought kind. It's usually full of sugar and processed ingredients, and it doesn't do much to satisfy my hunger. So I decided to create my own Paleo trail mix recipe that is both healthy and delicious.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup dried goji berries
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, cranberries, goji berries, turmeric, and ginger.
  2. Stir until evenly combined.
  3. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
