Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped mushrooms
Instructions
  1. Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned.
  3. Add the onion, red bell pepper, broccoli, carrots, celery, and mushrooms and cook until softened.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
