Gut-Healing Bone Marrow Bone Broth
This bone broth is a great source of collagen and other nutrients that are essential for a healthy gut.

Ingredients
- 4 pounds beef marrow bones
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the marrow bones on a baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes.
- Transfer the bones to a large stockpot.
- Add the apple cider vinegar, onions, carrots, celery, garlic, thyme, and oregano.
- Cover the bones with water.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 24 hours.
- Strain the broth and discard the bones.
- Let the broth cool and then store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
